Thank you! It was taken using an AF-S NIKKOR 70-300mm lens, relatively inexpensive glass suitable for “rough” trips.

Yes, that first shot is a gorgeous capture – a bit odd when you consider it is a group of cattle butts ๐Ÿ˜‰ – just proves there is beauty in everything. It has atmosphere and rhythm – very nice shot.

Jรถrg enjoys capturing the quirkier side of life. We’re both happy that you like the shot :).

Me too. It was taken last year and sitting in the archives until this week’s photo challenge prompted me to go searching for it. It’s another one destined to be mounted and framed.

The image of the cattle in Zambia is adorable; love the mood created for that beautiful light, the dust, and the vanishin point formed by all those cattle bodies going slowly. Great shot Mara, congrats!

Thank you, Jaime. Credit for the photo goes to Jรถrg Albrecht. It’s one of my favourites for the same reasons that you’ve noted. The photo was shot from the back of a moving truck as he and his colleagues were driving through the Zambian bush. You’ve made his day.
